Job Requirements Position Overview: The Sales Support Executive will assist the sales and business development team in managing client relationships, preparing quotations, tracking orders, and coordinating between customers and production teams. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication, timely order execution, and excellent customer service for steel pipe products manufactured by the company. Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team in responding to customer inquiries and preparing quotes and proposals. Maintain and update customer records, pricing sheets, and sales databases. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Track sales orders, delivery timelines, and ensure all customer requirements are met. Prepare and compile sales reports, revenue summaries, and pipeline updates for management review. Assist in contract documentation, customer onboarding, and compliance checks. Follow up with clients for order confirmation, payments, and feedback. Participate in industry research and market intelligence gathering. Manage post-sales support including follow-ups on documentation, customer satisfaction, and resolving service issues. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Prior experience of 2-5 years in industrial sales support, preferably in steel pipes, tubes, or metal manufacturing industries. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities. Preferred Experience: Experience working with manufacturing order cycles and logistics. Understanding of steel product specifications, grades, and applications.
