Position Summary
This individual will assist brokers with the contracting/certification process, enrollments, answer specific product questions and assist with escalated issues. This role would report to the Broker Service Department in MSO [Medicare Service Operations] but be dedicated to the appropriate market.
Required Qualifications
- Will travel to broker meetings upon request (up to 25%).
- 2-3 years of Health insurance related experience supporting Brokers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License is desired (must license within 6 months if there is no license at time of hire).
- Experience in a production based environment.
- Medicare Advantage experience.
- Customer Service experiences in a transaction based environment such as a call center or retail location preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $31.72 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
