Support Role for Sales and Merchandising TeamsThis role supports sales and merchandising teams in both large and small store formats, as well as administratively. Because of the support nature of the role, it is essential to understand the responsibilities of the roles you cover, maintain flexibility, and work as a team to meet company goals. Clear, timely communication with your manager and/or ASM is essential. Weekend and holiday work may be required based on scheduling needs.Primary ResponsibilitiesMust always comply with company Health and Safety rulesMust have the ability to work well with other employees and follow directions from managementAlways conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner to ALL customers as well as employeesComplete all duties reasonably assigned by SupervisorCover Sales Representatives' PTOWork the Hand HeldMake and maintain price tags in accountsWork the product in back rooms and cold vaults in accountsRotate CBG products and maintain adequate freshness in all accountsMake accurate ordersCommunicate with store owners, managers, and employeesCover Merchandisers' PTORotate and refresh stock and advertising according to set directionsAssist in unloading and delivery of productsProvide exceptional customer service in conjunction with the Sales team to service designated customerCommunicate with store managers and store employeesCover Call In'sMust be adaptable to last-minute schedule changesAble to work in a timely mannerAvailable to work weekends last-minuteReset StoresMust be able to understand and implement Planogram layouts in all retail accountsMust be able to move, clean, or install shelving, racks, coolers, and any display fixtures as neededMust be able to remove old/discontinued items while maintaining a clean and orderly work areaWhen the job is complete, leave the account in a cleaner state than on first arrivalThis role may or may not (dependent upon geography) be inclusive of selling and merchandising both non-alcohol Coca-Cola associated brands (NA) and Molson Coors alcohol related brands (Alc).RequirementsEducation and ExperienceFamiliarity with a sales organization preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and general computer skillsAdditional Qualifications and CompetenciesAccess to a reliable vehicle requiredTeam player attitudeFlexibilityAttention to detailRelationship building skills (wiring) to include networking with other people within the organization and associated customersStrong verbal and written communication skillsMultitasking and time managementCollaboration for valueMeet the following insurance and alcohol board criteria (required):Aged 21 years or olderVerifiable CDL driving experienceNo felonies within the past five yearsNo alcohol or controlled substance related offenses within the past two yearsNo theft within the past two yearsNo more than one reckless driving charge within the past three yearsWork EnvironmentThis position requires exposure to all seasonal weather conditions, traffic noise, automotive fumes, and cramped quarters.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
