Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient sales processes.2. Prepare and follow up on customer quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial documents.3. Maintain and update customer and sales data in internal systems and CRM tools.4. Act as a coordination point between sales, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth order execution and service delivery.5. Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, pricing, and shipment processes.6. Assist the sales team with lead tracking, pipeline updates, and sales reports.7. Monitor ongoing business with customers and follow up on pending quotations or requests.8. Support the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and business reviews.9. Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency in sales operations.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.2. About 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics coordination is an advantage.3. Basic understanding of the logistics or parcel delivery industry is preferred.4. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.5. Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.7. Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are an advantage.
