Your Role as Sales Team Leader
At COBS Bread, we celebrate fresh. Our Sales Team Leaders are experts in freshness, and in giving our customers a great in-bakery experience. We are looking for a personable Sales Team Leader to share their love of freshness with our loyal customers. Minimum 1 year sales experience with just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
Working at COBS Bread you will:
· Work as part of a small team, providing an exceptional customer experience, and getting to know your regular, loyal customers
· Be responsible for merchandising product and executing marketing campaigns
· Work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean and stocked with product.
· For all unsold items, ensure proper packaging for our End of Day Partners to pick up
Requirements
This is the job for you if:
- You are someone who takes pride in providing a great and personable experience for our customers
- You contribute to creating the WOW factor to all customers
- You have a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- You are reliable, self-motivated, and enjoy learning new skills
- You are a team player who is approachable and likes working with people
- You have relevant retail experience, and experience in handling cash, credit card and debit transactions are a strong asset
- Minimum 1 year sales experience and 1 year managing a small team
Physical Requirements
- Continuous standing/ walking for all tasks
- Constant use of both hands
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 15 pounds, reaching below shoulder level, bending and turning
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds, pushing, pulling, crouching, bending and reaching above shoulder level
