Madison Avenue Consulting’s Staffing Department is seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator for a full time contract role. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly alongside one of our most prestigious clients in New jersey , providing Salesforce expertise and platform support in an office-based environment.
This role is ideal for a certified Salesforce professional with several years of administration experience who thrives in a collaborative setting and is looking for flexible, part-time engagement.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and automations.
- Maintain data integrity through audits, updates, and deduplication.
- Build and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics for business stakeholders.
- Provide end-user support, guidance, and training to drive platform adoption.
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements to optimize performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201 or higher) required
- Minimum of 4 years’ professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and governance
- Skilled in data management, reporting, and process automation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Based in New York City or surrounding area with easy commuting ability (on-site role)
