Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and implement Salesforce flows, process builders, and other automation tools to streamline business processes.
  • User Support: Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users, addressing any issues and ensuring optimal use of the platform.
  • Customization: Customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the business, including creating custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
  • Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications to enhance functionality and data flow.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics and support decision-making.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce flows, process builders, and other automation tools. Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools is a plus.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification is required. Advanced certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the technology or mailing industry.
  • Familiarity with address verification solutions and direct mail automation.
  • Knowledge of other CRM systems and their integration with Salesforce.

Compensation / Salary Range: The typical pay for this role across the U.S. is: $75,000 - $85,000 per year. Factors that may affect pay within or outside of this range may include but not limited to geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Benefits: Medical, dental, Vision, Life, PTO, Holidays, 401(k) benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible WCT employees and may vary depending on the nature of your employment.
