We have an immediate need for a position of Salesforce Architect, to work in Ausin,Texas

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect and Developer who will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and solution planning for various aspects of our Salesforce environment. Additionally, you will be developing and enhancing various components of our Salesforce environment. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management, and the ability to work on multiple aspects of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum seven years of professional experience working with Salesforce, including extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect.
• Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and optimizations.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and Lightning.
• In-depth knowledge of, and experience developing Apex, Java, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex data management tasks.
• Demonstrated history of working with large data sets and bulkification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Architect certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect.
• Salesforce Developer certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and advanced reporting tools.

Additional information:

Data Deduplication and Management:

• Deduplicate and/or combine fields to remove similar data.
• Merge duplicate Accounts and Contacts. Ensure related contacts are properly set up.
• Assess the need for merging Opportunities and execute if necessary.

Review and Update Processes:

• Review and update all Validation Rules, Required Fields, and Approval Processes.
• Audit and update all Groups, their members, Queues, and their members.
• Generate new page layouts for each user base (sales, marketing, support, etc.).
• Review and update all Paths; create new Paths as required.

Sales and Service Enhancements:

• Update Sales Processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Integrate Einstein Analytics for advanced insights and predictions.

Automation and Integrations:

• Audit existing Process Builders and Workflows; combine into Flows by the end of the year.
• Review and enhance current Integrations to ensure seamless data flow.

User Management and Reporting:

• Define and set up new Roles and Profiles to meet organizational needs.

Development and Customization:

• Review and update Apex classes and triggers to ensure optimal performance.
• Review and update Lightning Components for a better user experience.
• Build out solutions using Salesforce Products to address specific business needs.

Reporting and Pricing:

• Update existing reports with accurate filters and calculations.
• Redesign the pricing checklist to streamline and enhance the process.
