Job Description For Architect we should look for the below aspects in the profile: Should be certified. At least 4 full implementations of salesforce applications. One full implementation on platform. Good understanding of object oriented principles. B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent. 10+ years of experience with technical implementations of customer projects. Proficient in SFDC technologies including configuration and custom development. Experience with Salesforce service and sales domain. Experience with Apex coding (Custom Visual Pages, Classes, Triggers, Workflows) and custom portals/communities. Have worked with secure web services and integration with Salesforce both synchronous and asynchronous call outs. Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools. Application development experience with Javascript, XML, HTML, XSLT, XSD, WSDL, WADL. One or more current certifications (e.g. DEV401, DEV501) desirable. Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.). Familiarity with Object Oriented concepts and experience with OO languages (Java, Ruby, C#, C++, etc.).
