Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Leadership: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the platform, ensuring best practices for performance and scalability.
  • Development: Build and maintain Lightning Aura Components, APEX programming, and APIs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business processes into actionable technical requirements and functional documentation.
  • System Maintenance: Manage user testing, develop test plans, and create customized reports and dashboards (including Conga and macro-driven reporting).
  • Platform Management: Oversee Community management, workflows, Process Builder, and Visual Flows.
  • Data Integrity: Handle data migrations using tools like Data Loader and monitor backend system integrations.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior development resources to foster technical growth.

Required Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in the following:

  • Platform Expertise: Development and architecture within Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud).
  • Technical Coding: Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, and the Lightning Component Framework.
  • Configuration & Design: Proven track record in SFDC Design, Analysis, Configuration, and Customization.
  • Data Management: Experience with SFDC data models and migration tools (Data Loader, Jitterbit, etc.).
  • Methodology: Strong background working within SCRUM/Agile development environments.
  • Community Building: Hands-on experience building and managing Salesforce Communities.
