14700 - Salesforce Architect - Tech Lead (Onsite) - Juno Beach, FL / Houston, TX Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. The expectation is to be onsite five days a week, with the added flexibility of working from home one day per week after completing six months of the contract. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL or Houston, TX (required); Experience with Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platform applications [8+ years]; Experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines in multi-org environments; Experience with enterprise integration architecture using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and event-driven design patterns; Experience with Salesforce data architecture, data modeling, ETL/ELT design, large-scale data migration, master data management, and data quality governance; Experience with Generative AI and/or Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context with measurable productivity outcomes; Experience with architecture governance, security reviews, release management, and enterprise platform standards; Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification (required); Preferred: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA); Integration Architecture Designer and/or Data Architecture Designer certification; Experience in regulated utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors with knowledge of NERC compliance and audit requirements; Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Agentforce, Einstein Analytics, or Field Service Lightning; Experience with Windsurf, Devin, or similar Agentic AI coding platforms; Experience with Documentum, Excalibur, GIS/ESRI, SAP, or enterprise content management systems; Experience with multi-vendor offshore/nearshore delivery models and vendor governance; MuleSoft Certified Architect or Integration Professional certification; Responsibilities: Define and govern enterprise Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platform applications, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term maintainability; Lead Salesforce customization initiatives including Apex frameworks, LWC component libraries, advanced Flow orchestration, and event-driven platform architecture; Architect and govern enterprise integrations with MuleSoft, SAP, Documentum, GIS/ESRI, Excalibur, and legacy platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and CDC; Own Salesforce data architecture including data modeling, master data management, schema governance, data migration strategy, and enterprise data quality standards; Lead adoption and integration of Einstein AI, Agentforce, GenAI-enabled workflows, and Agentic AI development practices across the Salesforce platform; Establish platform governance, security architecture, release management, compliance controls, and audit-ready documentation aligned with NERC requirements; Partner with business, product, and IT leadership while mentoring Tech Leads and developers, providing Why apply?
