The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical understanding, process knowledge, and communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and document technical release team processes and workflows Write clear, testable release team's user stories with acceptance criteria Produce clear written communication explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences Apply best practices and agile methodologies to enhance project workflows and efficiency Foster collaboration and accountability among project team members, ensuring a high-performance culture Success Factors: Analytical skills: The ability to assess complex problems and identify solutions Communication skills: Clear and effective communication to gather requirements and explain solutions Business knowledge: An understanding of business processes and how technology can improve them Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and business leaders Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field 5+ years of experience in technical writing or business analysis, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce Salesforce certification is required (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder). Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices Experience with Jira and Confluence Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills Preferred: Background working with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or other government agencies.
