This role is focused on the Salesforce application ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related integrations) and is not a BI, Power BI, Tableau, or analytics/dashboard development role. Candidates whose primary background is reporting, data visualization, or standalone analytics without hands-on Salesforce platform experience are unlikely to be a fit. The Senior IT Business Analyst brings deep functional knowledge of Salesforce platforms and strong business analysis skills to support both project-based initiatives and ongoing production applications. This role is responsible for requirements definition, Salesforce solution design support, testing coordination, and continuous improvement across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Experience Cloud, and related integrations.
