Salesforce Business Analyst Our financial services and retirement client, based in Charlotte, NC, is looking for Salesforce Business Analysts that are high-skilled consultants to augment their business analyst needs for a current major Salesforce implementation. Candidates should have Salesforce migration & implementation experience. This is a two year contract position. Position can be a W2 employee or an independent contractor. This position can be worked as a hybrid position from Charlotte, NC, Denver, CO or Dallas, TX. Outside of those 3 locations, it would be fully-remote. The resources would align to the following subject matters:
Wealth Management
Retirement servicing - call center & operations
Retirement individual sales
Retirement plan sponsor sales The BAs will help guide the business to improve their processes and efficiency in Salesforce. They will elicit, document, and analyze requirements around business challenges, and then produce data-driven solutions. Soft skills a BA should have:
