Job Description
Objective
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to help us reengineer
our business processes and implement Salesforce across our organization. The successful
candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and
experience with Salesforce implementations.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document
business requirements for Salesforce implementation.
• Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for
improvement.
• Configuration and Testing: Configure and test Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business
requirements.
• User Adoption and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure user adoption and
proficiency with Salesforce.
• Project Management: Assist with project management activities, including project planning, status
reporting, and issue resolution.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and the
technology teams
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline (or
equivalent work experience)
• Salesforce Experience: 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, preferably with a focus on
process improvement.
• Business Analysis: 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a
related field.
