This is as much a communication role as anything else, so we need a person who doesn’t just think logically but can creatively and effectively design, build and communicate that solution.What you may need to succeed:3–5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, administration or implementationGood understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practicesExperience configuring and customising Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, etc.)Exposure to integrations and data migration conceptsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAt least 1–2 Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator) preferredExperience working in Agile delivery environments and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira and ConfluenceStrong understanding of business processes and the ability to analyse, challenge and improve them together with stakeholdersWhat you'll be doing:You will be working with clients across Germany and Europe regions to understand their business requirements and design solutions for them, leveraging declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilitiesWorking with clients across the EMEA, ASEAN, and ANZ regions to gather requirements and support solution design alongside senior consultantsConfiguring and customising Salesforce based on agreed solution designsSupporting discovery workshops and documenting business requirementsAssisting in solution design discussions and providing input based on platform capabilitiesManaging change requests, enhancements, and day-to-day support ticketsSupporting data migration, testing, and deployment activitiesAssisting in training sessions and system rollouts for end usersCollaborating with developers and senior consultants to ensure best-practice implementationsStaying up to date with Salesforce releases and new platform capabilitiesLanguage & Market FitProfessional proficiency in English and GermanIdeally open to a hybrid working modelComfortable working with regional and global delivery teamsSelf-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a scaling and fast-growing environment
