Founded in 2009, StartOut is a global community of over 25K members and is the largest organization supporting LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Contractor to assist with data clean-up efforts. Our goal is to enhance the accuracy and reliability of our data systems, ensuring smooth operations and insightful analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data clean-up tasks with a strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to organize, analyze, and rectify data discrepancies.
• Leverage Salesforce proficiency to manage and clean up data within the CRM.
• Conduct field mapping to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
• Ensure timely and precise updates to the data systems, improving overall data quality.

Requirements

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation.
• Competence in Salesforce, with a strong understanding of its data structures and tools.
• Demonstrated experience in data clean-up and field mapping within Salesforce.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in Salesforce data clean-up projects.
• Knowledge of data governance and best practices for maintaining data quality.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively within the contracted hours.
