Advises, leads, and works on high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle and provides advisory support for the IT function.

Summary:

As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, the resource will advise, lead, and contribute to high-impact initiatives across the systems development lifecycle. The role involves collaboration with multiple teams, decision-making responsibilities, and delivery of scalable solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Collaborate with and manage team members
• Take ownership of team-level decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
• Provide solutions for the immediate team and cross-functional teams
• Lead team meetings to review progress and address challenges
• Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and delivery
• Mentor junior team members to support skill development

Must-have skills:

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce CPQ
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions
• Expertise in Salesforce CPQ pricing and quoting processes
• Proven experience in Salesforce CPQ implementations

Good-to-have skills:

• Salesforce CPQ certifications
• Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with Salesforce Sales Cloud
