Position is onsite in Albany, NY.LOCATION: Onsite in Albany, NYDURATION: ~6 monthsMUST be on our W2 - no third parties or C2C.Resource QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related certificationsMandatory: Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified AdministratorRecommended: Service Cloud Consultant, Sharing and Visibility ArchitectMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and governor limits.Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Requirements:Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform.Work with the Technical Architect and Technical Lead to implement scalable Salesforce solutions, considering best practices, design patterns, and platform limits.Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and helping them grow their skills in Salesforce development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance testers to deliver integrated solutions.Develop end to end Salesforce Application using Configuration and Customization -APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc.Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email AlertsExtensive experience in developing Lightning Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning ComponentsIntegrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.Exposure to version control and continuous integration via Bitbucket or GithubExperience with deployment tools like GIT, Azure/Devops,Gearset,Copado and SalesforceKnowledge of different Code Scanning tools for Salesforce: PMD/ClaytonTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce configuration and customizationTVT is an Information Technology (IT) professional business leader providing IT services to the public sector.
