Job Summary
As a Technical Specialist (TS3), you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle-from kickoff and requirements analysis to implementation and post-production support. You will build solutions that support business processes for continuous improvement, mentor state development resources, and ensure system performance as data volumes increase.
Key Responsibilities
- Development: Design, test, and deploy high-quality solutions using LWC, Aura, Apex, and APIs.
- Community Management: Build and manage Salesforce Communities to enhance customer engagement.
- Configuration: Maintain and create workflows, Flows, and advanced customized reports/dashboards.
- Integration: Handle web services API integrations (REST & SOAP) using tools like MuleSoft, Jitterbit, and Data Loader.
- Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to translate needs into actionable Salesforce requirements.
- Testing: Manage user testing, develop test plans, and validate results against requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Overall Experience: 8 10 years in Information Systems operations (Analysis, Design, & Development).
- Salesforce Expertise: * 5+ years of experience in Sales, Service, and Community Cloud.
- 5+ years of experience with LWC, Aura, Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript.
- 5+ years of experience in SFDC Design, Configuration, Customization, and Coding.
- Tools: 3+ years of experience with Salesforce tools (Data Loader, Outlook connector, Jitterbit, etc.).
- Methodology: 5+ years of experience with SCRUM/Agile development practices.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification.
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools like Flosum and OwnBackup.

Special Requirements
- Onsite Presence: Must be available to work onsite in Columbus, OH, five days a week.
