Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize applications on the Salesforce platform to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain data management practices to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features, leveraging them to enhance current solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL is required.
  • Experience with integration tools and APIs, such as REST and SOAP, to connect Salesforce to external systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
