Salesforce ETL Developer 1849NOTE Hybrid work model, 2 days per week in office Office located in Mississauga, Ontario Type: 6 month contract, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week Work Experience:5-7+ plus years Salesforce focused ETL and data migration experience including Salesforce Health Cloud, SOQL, PL SQL scripting, data mapping, data analysis, ETL design, Salesforce data integration, database migration, AI, Agile Industry: HealthcareDESCRIPTION • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes focused on Salesforce and enterprise data migration initiatives • Perform full development lifecycle tasks, including o Analyze and understand Salesforce data models, external data sources, and target systems to define effective data migration and integration strategies o Design and develop Salesforce centric data migration solutions from scratch or enhance existing frameworks o Build, schedule, and orchestrate ETL pipelines supporting Salesforce Health Cloud and related platforms o Develop transformations using SOQL and PL SQL to support complex business logic and data quality rules o Design, code, test, and debug ETL solutions according to established standards and participate in peer code reviews o Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure data accuracy, data integrity, and scalability o Support deployment and promotion of ETL processes across development, test, and production environments o Document data mappings, ETL workflows, integration processes, and migration solutions • Proactively provide status updates including completed work, remaining effort estimates, and risks impacting timelines • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, Salesforce administrators, DBAs, and external partners as needed to resolve data and integration challenges • Participate in evaluation and adoption of new data integration, ETL, and Salesforce related technologiesREQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience • Five to seven plus years of hands on experience as an ETL Developer with strong focus on Salesforce data integration and migration • Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce data models • Strong proficiency in SOQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation • Hands on experience with PL SQL scripting for data processing and transformation logic • Solid understanding of enterprise data migration strategies, data mapping, and data quality validation • Experience converting complex business requirements into scalable ETL and Salesforce data solutions • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot data issues across integrated systems • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and working in cross functional teams • Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelinesAs part of our hiring process, AI based systems may be used to support initial applicant screening.
