We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Full Circle Insights Integrator to lead the integration and optimization of Full Circle Insights within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is critical to enabling accurate marketing attribution, funnel metrics, and campaign performance tracking. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce integration, marketing analytics, and Full Circle Insights configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of Full Circle Insights with Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate attribution tracking.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that support campaign performance measurement and ROI analysis.
- Configure and customize Full Circle Insights to align with business goals and Salesforce architecture.
- Develop and maintain integration workflows using Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, and middleware tools.
- Ensure data integrity and synchronization between Salesforce and Full Circle Insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Provide training and documentation for stakeholders on Full Circle Insights usage and best practices.
- Monitor and optimize funnel metrics, campaign attribution models, and reporting dashboards.
- Stay current with Full Circle Insights and Salesforce updates to recommend enhancements and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
