Position:Salesforce Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking high caliber Salesforce Developer with technical expertise in force.com development and platform capabilities.
We are seeking a solid Salesforce dev who can contribute their development and configuration skills to our enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation. This implementation uses Sales, Service, and Financial Services Clouds.
The developer hired for this position will help design solutions to meet stakeholder requirements involving complex integration of new and existing features shared by multiple dev teams. They will be embedded on an agile scrum team comprised of a Business Analyst, Lead Developers, QA Lead and several other Salesforce devs of varying levels of experience.
We are looking for someone who is not going to be an order-taker and will not wait around to be told what to do. We need someone who will take thoughtful initiative, and be able to learn a highly customized implementation quickly.
Our expectation is that this person will:
Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce capabilities to include: Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, complex formulas, approvals, security, APIs and more
Consult with scrum teammates to ensure technical integrity
Implement scalable, reusable solutions whenever possible
Know, follow, and teach Salesforce programmatic patterns and platform best practices
Conduct code reviews for teammates
Contribute to the DevOps process
Execute testing on personal and team development efforts in coordination with QA lead
Be comfortable in an agile scrum team context
Embrace and promote agile practices and mindset
Always strive to learn
Lean into change that improves processes and relationships
Effectively communicate with team members and key stakeholders, including business partners who don't "speak tech"

Qualified candidates will have seasoned and varied professional experience, and solid understanding of the Salesforce platform. Bonus points if you have certifications or have completed multiple super badges in Trailhead
