Job Description:
Technical:
- 5 to 10 relevant Salesforce experience:
- Service Cloud
- Sales Cloud
- Experience Cloud community.
- Integrations Mulesoft, Webmethods etc
- Einstein (good to have)
- Release Management
- GxP Experience (good to have)
- Operations Experience
- Managing Customer Experience, Translate technical jargons to business workflows when explaining defects.
- Defect analysis and SF platform upgrades
- Incident metrics, KPI's, Reports
- Identify gaps in stories through analysis.
- Implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy.
- Understanding Regulatory Compliance, Validation, testing and documentation
- Salesforce experience on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce architectures Manage multiple Salesforce projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality Develop and enforce technical standards, policies, and procedures Drive innovation and adoption of new Salesforce technologies and features Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success Ensure Salesforce solutions meet security and compliance requirements
