Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email, SMS, push notifications, and social media.
- Design and implement automation workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive customer journeys, lead nurturing, and personalized messaging.
- Manage and integrate data between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other business systems (CRM, eCommerce, etc.), ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting.
- Create dynamic and personalized audience segments using data from various sources to drive engagement and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analytics and other reporting tools. Provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to understand customer needs, create targeted campaigns, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for email marketing, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and deliverability standards.
- Maintain and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure optimal performance and the correct setup of automation, integrations, and user permissions.
- Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality and features.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.).
- Experience in creating and managing complex email campaigns, customer journeys, and automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of marketing data, segmentation, and analytics.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM integration and APIs.
- Familiarity with other marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or social media management platforms, is a plus.
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data manipulation within Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email customization and dynamic content.
- Understanding of CRM integrations and how to utilize data effectively within Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with the Marketing Cloud API and data extensions.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for email marketing, customer journeys, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws, including GDPR, and email marketing regulations (CAN-
SPAM). - Federal Experience is a plus.
