Senior SFMC Specialist (85k)

About the job

Your primary focus will be to support our global marketing managers in the creation and rollout of their email campaigns. Collaborating with internal groups to ensure Digital requirements are understood and correctly implemented.

The role will include, but not be limited to:

• Supporting and executing SFMC campaigns for Europe and Asia.
• Working with the Country Marketing Managers to understand their mass email requirements.
• Manages the campaign specific email and marketing automation requirements.
• Build out and implement new system solutions, improve processes and create technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues (HTML, AmpScript, SQL).
• Provide oversight of the email activity executed by our managed services provider. Ensures that emails are delivered accurately and timely.
• Strong understanding of data and data management.
• Works closely with the EU & US Digital teams to ensure the EU & Asia implementations marketing automation tools

You will have the following technical skills :

• Expert knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, CloudPages)
• Strong understanding Salesforce Sales Cloud and its integration with Marketing Cloud.
• Core skills in HTML, SQL and AmpScript
• Experience in coding html emails, understanding the best practices to support multiple clients and browsers, responsive design and best practices
