- 5+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience
- Public sector/government agency implementation experience is highly preferred
- Proven team leadership experience with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of business process mapping and requirements documentation
- Strong experience with manual Salesforce testing; familiarity with accessibility tools (Jaws, Dragon, ZoomText) strongly preferred.
