The Salesforce Release Manager supports and coordinates the release process across multiple, complex Salesforce orgs within a leading higher education institution. This vital role ensures that technology releases are delivered on time, within scope, and of high quality, managing the CI/CD pipeline and facilitating smooth, efficient release cycles across various project cadences. Key Responsibilities Support and coordinate the release process across multiple Salesforce orgs and release cadences (weekly, 3-week, project-based). Manage the back-promotion of changes across lower-level orgs to keep all environments in sync. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline management, preferably with Copado. Practical experience with Salesforce deployments (change sets, ANT migration, Salesforce DX). Development of Advanced Flow-based automation, including Screen flows, Auto-launched Flows, and Omni-Channel flows. Adherence to DevOps and change management processes. Required Qualifications/Skills 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce release management and as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer. Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. Working knowledge of Salesforce architecture (sandboxes, production, metadata management). Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with attention to detail. Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork. Minimum Years Experience 3 years (3-5 years in Release Management/Admin/Developer role) Required Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator AND Copado Fundamentals I.
