Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid role involves working closely with customers, stakeholders, and technologists to gather and document requirements, develop use cases, and ensure high-quality deliverables across all project phases. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce products and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Expertise: Utilize hands-on experience with Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Pardot, etc.) to understand application topology and business flow.
Requirement Gathering: Lead and manage requirement gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations. Document requirements effectively.
Collaboration: Work directly with technologists to develop and document use cases. Collaborate with IT counterparts, including project, development, and QA managers.
Leadership: Drive requirements from inception to completion. Exhibit qualities of a successful leader by managing sessions and mentoring team members.
SDLC Understanding: Demonstrate complete understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and the role of a Business Analyst in each phase, from intake to post-production.
Deliverables: Ensure the execution of high-quality deliverables across all phases, including identifying and defining process flows and user interface use cases.
Workload Management: Effectively manage individual workload and proactively communicate status updates.
Support Development Team: Assist the development team by translating functional requirements and validating that technical design solutions meet business specifications.
Documentation: Author and compile user stories/use cases and create project specification documents.
Special Projects: Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Salesforce Experience: Hands-on experience with Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Pardot, CPQ etc.)
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills.
Leadership Ability: Proven ability to lead and manage requirement gathering sessions and drive requirements to completion.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and document business flows and processes.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams.
SDLC Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and the responsibilities of a Business Analyst in each phase.
Technical Translation: Proficiency in supporting development teams and ensuring technical solutions align with business specifications.
Documentation Skills: Strong skills in authoring user stories/use cases and creating detailed documentation.
Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
