We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Salesforce Security Analyst to work on Remote basis.
Experience Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in assessing and improving the security of Salesforce platforms.
- Ability to execute technical steps to enhance security based on CISO staff direction.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce's built-in utilities for security assessments.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a similar role with Salesforce implementations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with CISO staff and other stakeholders.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview: We are looking for a Senior-Level Salesforce Security Analyst to assess and enhance the security stance of our Salesforce platform. This role is remote and can be based anywhere within the United States, but local candidates are preferred for easier equipment provisioning and in-person interviews.
Role Description: As a Salesforce Security Analyst, you will be responsible for coming in and assessing the security stance of our Salesforce platform, looking at recommendations for tightening security, and engaging with the CISO staff. This role combines hands-on execution with analytical skills, making you half engineer and half analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the current security stance of the Salesforce platform using built-in utilities.
- Evaluate recommendations for improving security and implement necessary measures.
- Engage with CISO staff to understand security requirements and execute technical steps to enhance platform security.
- Perform hands-on keyboard execution to implement security improvements.
- Ensure that security enhancements do not negatively impact other applications.
- Collaborate with developers and support teams to maintain comprehensive security measures.
Work Arrangement:
- Most of the staff works remotely, and this role can be fully remote.
- Candidates can be out-of-state, but in-person interviews are preferred. If remote interviews are necessary, Teams interviews are acceptable.
- The first round of interviews will be conducted over the phone, followed by an on-site interview (preferably) or a remote interview if in-person is not possible.
