We are currently seeking a Salesforce Senior Project Manager to join our team in Santa Clara, California (US-CA), United States (US).
Our Salesforce Senior Project Managers are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of Salesforce Project Managers will provide our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised.
Day to Day/Job Function
Maintain overall responsibility for project execution as per the customer standards/requirements within agreed duration (in SOW) to ensure the success of the project
Understand that the essential importance of business and technical processes is interrelated for project success Daily activities include but not limited to:
Lead of project team ensuring on time delivery of high-quality work within the project budget
Maintain daily client relationship and communication, acting as first point of escalation for daily issues
Provide project data and status reporting to appropriate stakeholders
Manage good onsite-offshore co-ordination for optimal service delivery
Review and approve project plans, estimates, and technical documents
Manage teams of hard-working individuals and promote team cohesiveness
Required Qualifications
10+ years of work experience in an IT Project implementation
5+ Years managing and understanding of standard functionality and features (Sales, Services and Marketing), Apex Programming and Capabilities.
5+ years of leading Agile methodology projects
5+ Years working on end-to-end Implementation Projects.
5+ Years managing and understanding of general standard functionality and features (Sales, Services and Marketing), Apex Programming and Capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
PMI PMP/ACP Certification preferred
Certifications preferred
Comprehensive understanding of Project Delivery Lifecycle and Agile Methodologies

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $112,942.00 to $188,238.00. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
