Salesforce Senior Project Manager Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Job Summary Salesforce Senior Project Managers ensure that digital technology and related services built for clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. They provide support, leadership, and direction to guarantee project execution and delivery as promised. Responsibilities Maintain overall responsibility for project execution according to customer standards and requirements within the agreed duration in the SOW to ensure project success. Understand the interrelation of business and technical processes for project success; daily activities include but are not limited to leading the project team, ensuring on‑time delivery of high‑quality work within the project budget. Maintain daily client relationships and communication, acting as the first point of escalation for daily issues. Provide project data and status reporting to appropriate stakeholders. Manage onsite‑offshore coordination for optimal service delivery. Review and approve project plans, estimates, and technical documents. Manage teams of hardworking individuals and promote team cohesiveness. Required Qualifications 10+ years of work experience in IT project implementation. 5+ years managing and understanding standard functionality and features (Sales, Services, and Marketing), Apex programming, and capabilities. 5+ years leading Agile methodology projects. 5+ years of end‑to‑end implementation projects. 5+ years managing and understanding general standard functionality and features, Apex programming, and capabilities. Preferred Qualifications PMI PMP/ACP certification preferred. certifications preferred. Comprehensive understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and Agile methodologies. Strong work ethic, team player, leading by example. Compensation Starting pay range: $112,942.00 to $188,238.00. Actual compensation depends on factors such as relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
