15+ years of experience in data architecture or technical architecture roles, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce Data Cloud within the financial services or banking domain.
Proven success in architecting data solutions for enterprise-level environments, especially within highly regulated industries.
Technical Expertise:
Expert knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data modeling, real-time data processing, segmentation, and integration capabilities.
Extensive experience with API development, RESTful services, and integration platforms like MuleSoft, especially within Salesforce and core banking environments.
Strong knowledge of data security, data privacy, and compliance standards, including PII protection and PCI-DSS.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data management tools (ETL, SQL, and data lakes) to support enterprise data strategies.
Salesforce Certifications: Preferred certifications include Salesforce Data Architect, Salesforce Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
Business Acumen:
Comprehensive understanding of data challenges, regulatory environments, and opportunities in digital banking, including member personalization and compliance.
Ability to align data architectures with business goals and digital transformation objectives.
