E-logic is seeking a high-performing Salesforce Technical Project Manager to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Information Technology (OIT) Enterprise Cloud Customer Relationship Management Platform (ECCRMP) Center of Innovation (CoI). You will be a cornerstone of the program, driving Agile processes and serving as a vital link between cross‑functional delivery teams and senior government stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Act as a servant leader to manage all CoI development tasks within a sprint cycle, maintain the Jira Board backlog, facilitate daily scrums, and eliminate team impediments. Meet frequently with customer leadership and contractor personnel to formulate, review, and execute technical task plans and deliverables. Ensure the technical team remains fully functional, foster close collaboration across all engineering roles, and shield the team from external interferences. Oversee the deployment of updates and hotfixes to production, assist in design planning, and manage the migration of legacy applications to modern platforms. Track and report performance metrics to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) through detailed weekly and monthly status reports. Qualifications & Experience A project management certification from a recognized credentialing agency (e.g., PMP or Program Management Professional) is highly preferred. Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams in a highly collaborative work environment. Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle Agile program management. Strong background delivering solutions to production environments or migrating legacy applications to new cloud platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
