Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrate vehicle features
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to help customers make informed decisions
• Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
• Conduct follow-up communications with customers after sales
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities offered by the dealership

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is highly desirable
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Familiarity with automotive industry trends and products is a plus
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs
