If that is your thing, then pladis offers global ambition, a clear Vision and roadmap for success, challenge, and unrivalled opportunities to learn and make an impactClick “Apply” to get started.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:*** Day to day cleaning and sanitizing of the production floor and offices as direct by the FSQ Supervisor or Manager.* Responsible for completing all necessary paperwork that is related to the cleaning and sanitizing duties that are performed throughout the shift.* May be required to perform some preventative maintenance task as assign by plant management.* May be required to work a varied schedule with overtime opportunities based on production needs.* Follow all plant safety and GMP rules and regulations.* Assist where needed/required in all food safety and quality issues or programs* Assist as needed by management in production and related function to production.* Ensures that all tasks and functions of position are always performed in a safe manner and that all procedures and requirements are properly followed to accomplish assigned tasks* Responsible for food safety and quality as well as reporting food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action* Lift material of up to 50lbs and be able to stand for majority of their shift**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:*** Experience operating a pallet jack.* Prior cleaning experience in a food processing plant is a plus.* Ability to read and understand customer specifications.* MS Office (Word Processing, Spreadsheets)**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:*** Further education is preferred.* Education in HACCP (Food Safety)and Food Quality**ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS:**Base starting rate ranges from $18 to $20/hr. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
