Job Title: SAP ABAP (RICEFW) Consultant / Developer

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP (RICEFW) Consultant to design, develop, and support custom SAP solutions. The candidate will be responsible for building and enhancing SAP technical objects using ABAP in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP ABAP objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
• Develop custom reports (ALV, classical, interactive) using ABAP.
• Build and maintain interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, proxy, and file-based integrations.
• Perform data conversions and migrations using LSMW, BDC, and custom ABAP programs.
• Implement enhancements using User Exits, Customer Exits, BAdIs, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements, and Enhancement Framework.
• Develop and support SAP Forms such as SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms.
• Debug and optimize existing ABAP programs for performance improvements.
• Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Prepare technical design documents and provide unit testing support.
• Support integration testing, UAT, and production issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong expertise in RICEFW objects.
• Experience with ABAP OO, performance tuning, and debugging.
• Good understanding of SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, CO, or HCM.
• Experience with IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and enhancements.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA ABAP, CDS Views, and AMDP is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in S/4HANA conversion or implementation projects.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
