Responsibilities:Deliver the solution on timely mannerTransfer the functional specification to Technical specificationPlan and execute internal Unit testing and integration testingIdentify root causes, proposing test cases and fixes, and developing new debugging tools while working closely with product teamsInvolve in the Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Support projects, including responding and solving the issues raised in the tickets.Adhere and support requirements gathering, produce documentation, training, system configurationTroubleshoot and resolve client support ticketsWork collaboratively with the Technical/AMS lead to address outstanding issuesWork closely with customers, IT Functional to handle day to day support and maintenance to resolves outstanding incidents in a timely manner, provide continuance improvement opportunities.Participate in the project teams meetingSupport the team in delivering a quality solution on timeResponsible for the quality of the deliverablesResponsible for the communication and clarity of the progression of their tasksResponsible for the performance of the implemented solutionBe a team playerProfile:EducationBachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experienceSAP Certification (advantage)Skilled in using ABAP Workbench tools (RICEFW), ODATA, FIORI and JAVAGood all-round experience gained from project implementation and support roleHands on experience on Support Projects in Level 1/ Level 2/ Level 3(advantage)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentExcellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams.
