JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is seeking an SAP Analyst for a 6 months remote opportunity.

The SAP analyst is responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts to gather requirements, create solution designs, configure the SAP (FICO/MM/PP/SD) module, develop test plans and coordinate end-user testing.

Contract Duration: 6 Months Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years knowledge and experience in SAP module.
  • 5+ years' experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Working knowledge to complete design, configuration, and testing.
  • Knowledgeable in all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Functional knowledge of key business operations.
  • Previously led at least 1 small to medium complexity initiative.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP object hierarchy, e.g., Company Code, Cost Center, Profit Center, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills: must be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and presenting information in a clear and concise manner both verbal and written.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Certification in SAP
  • Experience in SAP S/4

What You Will Be Doing
  • Provide guidance in identifying and using standard SAP transactions or design and propose enhancements that may be required by business.
  • Create appropriate test data and manage the move to production while following all change and release processes.
  • Cooperates in certain aspects of user consulting, systems analysis, general systems design, vendor contracts and detail systems design; learns user functions, organization, and role in the enterprise to the extent required.
  • Manage stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication to address their issues and to keep them updated on related IT matters.
  • Recommend SAP solutions to align and enable business processes within Information Systems' technology strategy, standards, and processes.
  • Document requirements for conversions, upgrades, interfaces, business logic, reports, forms, and workflow.
  • Configure SAP application functionality (hands-on) as required.
  • Perform unit and integration testing on our SAP Development and Quality Assurance servers, as needed to ensure high quality solutions.
  • Act as liaison and problem solver for SAP application issues.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and delivering multiple projects (sometimes concurrently) involving cross functional teams.
