Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant Architect specializing in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) with BOBJ and ECC to HANA extraction experience. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing SAC solutions to drive business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

Preferred Location: Santa Clara, CA. Candidates located anywhere in the U.S. will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) & BOBJ Implementation:
   • Lead the design, implementation, and management of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions integrated with SAP BOBJ and ECC-to-HANA data extraction processes.
2. Technical Leadership & Mentorship:
   • Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing technical capabilities and ensuring high productivity.
   • Conduct comprehensive code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
3. Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
   • Lead project management activities, including preparing status reports, minimizing risks, and resolving escalations.
4. Performance Optimization & Best Practices:
   • Oversee performance optimization and the implementation of best practices.
   • Conduct feasibility studies, assess technical alternatives, and break down complex projects into manageable components.
5. Client Relationship Management:
   • Build and manage client relationships, offering strategic advice and resolving business challenges through SAC solutions.
6. Process Compliance:
   • Ensure process compliance in assigned modules, participating in technical discussions and reviews.
7. Quality Assurance & Delivery:
   • Ensure the successful delivery of complex projects, maintaining high-quality standards and performance metrics.

Required Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in SAP Analytics Cloud consulting, with a proven track record in client-facing roles and project management.
• Technical Expertise: Strong experience in SAP SAC, BOBJ, and ECC to HANA data extraction.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Consulting Skills: Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and client relationship management.
• Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
• Certifications: SAP Analytics Cloud certification and/or Project Management certification is a plus.
