Job description:SAP BO/BW Decommissioning • Migration to SAP DataspherePerform detailed inventory of SAP BO/BW objects (universes, reports, dashboards).Plan, conduct, and validate migration to SAP Datasphere safely and efficiently.Ensure operational continuity and data integrity during the transition.Train and empower end users in the use of SAP Datasphere. Governance, Strategy and Technical LeadershipEnsure enforcement of governance policies and processes, including data catalog, lineage, and quality.Act in alignment with the Enterprise Data Architect and global guidelines.Provide technical mentoring, mentor teams, and establish standards of good practice.Conduct workshops, knowledge sessions, and data culture initiatives. Soft SkillsCommunication and Influence: Clarity in communication and ability to involve diverse stakeholders.Strategic Vision: Ability to analyze the whole, direct solutions and challenge the status quo.Leadership and Mentoring: Acting as a technical reference, motivating and supporting teams.Troubleshooting: Analytical, proactive profile with strong critical reasoning.Collaboration: Ease of action with multidisciplinary and distributed teams.Time Management: Organization and ability to prioritize multiple demands.Creativity: Innovative thinking to create technical solutions of value.️ Technical Skills (Hard Skills)Experience with data modeling tools (preference: Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler).Solid experience with SAP BO and SAP BW.Knowledge or experience with SAP Datasphere and Data Warehouse/Cloud Analytics solutions.Experience with migration and/or decommissioning projects of legacy systems.Knowledge in ETL, systems integration and data modeling.Governance Tools (Catalog, Lineage, Quality).Differential: knowledge in the IDMC Informatica stack.Advanced knowledge in the ArchiMate architecture language.Mandatory active certification in the area of data or related technologies (e.g., CDMP, Informatica, Oracle, Azure, AWS). Education and ExperienceComplete degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related areas.Minimum of 6 years of experience with data architecture, modeling, and governance.Stable employment history (average of 2 years per recent position).
