Cutover Management: Develop and execute a detailed cutover plan covering all activities required for a smoothtransition from legacy systems to SAP BRIM. Collaborate with implementation partner, business, technical, and project stakeholders to ensureall cutover activities align with the overall implementation schedule. Define and track cutover readiness criteria, dependencies, and risks to ensure a seamless go-live. Lead mock cutover activities and dress rehearsals to validate execution timelines and identifypotential issues before the final go live. Establish and oversee the hyper care phase post-go-live, ensuring stabilization and smoothhandover to support teams.Data Conversion & Validation: Work closely with the data migration team to define data conversion strategy, ensuring accuratetransformation and mapping legacy data to SAP BRIM. Develop and execute data validation and reconciliation processes to verify the completeness andcorrectness of migrated data. Coordinate with functional and technical teams to address data discrepancies and ensurebusiness continuity. Support end-to-end data migration testing, including trial loads, reconciliation, and useracceptance testing (UAT). Ensure compliance with data governance standards, security policies, and regulatoryrequirements.You Have: 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects, with a strong focus on SAP BRIM andsystem cutover activities. Proven experience in leading cutover planning and execution for complex ERP migrations. Hands-on experience with data migration and validation, preferably from legacy billing systems toSAP. Strong understanding of SAP BRIM architecture, data structures, and integration points. Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams, including business users, SAP consultants,technical teams, and stakeholders. Proficiency in using cutover management tools, data reconciliation techniques, and SAP datamigration methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications: SAP BRIM certification or relevant SAP expertise. Experience in the media industry or subscription-based business models. Knowledge of SAP data migration tools such as SAP Data Services (BODS), LSMW, or SAPMigration Cockpit. Familiarity with automation tools for data validation and reconciliation.
