Position Overview

  • Location: Raleigh, NC (Local to North Carolina preferred)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Key Skills & Requirements (What We Are Looking For)

To succeed in this position, you should bring strong expertise in the following areas:

  • SAP Project Expertise: Direct experience working as a Business Analyst on enterprise-level SAP implementations and deployments.
  • Requirements & Process Analysis: Strong background in gathering business/functional requirements, process mapping ("as-is" workflows), gap analysis, and writing BRDs.
  • Go-Live & Implementation Support: Proven experience assisting with SAP go-live activities, including data conversion, end-user training delivery, site support, and help desk coordination.
  • Data & Strategic Research: Skilled in collecting, validating, and analyzing operational data to support business case development and benchmarking.
  • PMO Coordination: Familiarity with project governance functions, such as status reporting, work plan maintenance, time tracking, and project administration.

Preferred (Bonus Points)

  • Public Sector experience or working with State government SAP initiatives.
  • Specialized experience in post-go-live stabilization and training coordination.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and service metrics dashboards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Facilitate stakeholder interviews and discovery workshops to translate business needs into scalable SAP capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, SAP functional teams, developers, and business units throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support testing workstreams, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution support, and defect resolution.
