We are looking for an experienced and versatile SAP BW/HANA + BTP + SAC Consultant to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on experience with SAP BW on HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data extraction, modeling, reporting, interface implementation, and cloud development.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP BW / BW on HANA:

* Extensive experience in data extraction, modeling, and reporting within SAP BW environments.
* Hands-on involvement in SAP BW 7.5 and BW on HANA implementation and support projects.
* Deep knowledge of InfoObjects, InfoSources, Transfer Structures, Transformations, DTPs, InfoCubes, MultiProviders, InfoSets, Process Chains, and ETL data staging.
* Developed views and tables in SAP R/3 for data sourcing.
* Expertise in Open Hub Services to distribute data from SAP BI to external systems.
* Proficient in Open ODS views, ODP objects, Transient Providers, and Virtual Providers.
* Experience in SAP Analysis for Office (AFO).
* Involved in interface implementation and post-go-live support* for integration projects.
* Provided effective production support, issue resolution, performance optimization, and adherence to SLAs.
* Skilled in data transformation routines including start, end routines, and expert routines in DTP.

SAP HANA Modeling:

* Proficient in SAP HANA Data Modeling using Attribute Views, Analytic Views, and Calculation Views (Graphical and SQL Script).
* Familiarity with SLT, Open Hub, and other ETL processes.
* Strong understanding of HANA schema design, hierarchies, attributes, measures, and table structures.
* Performance tuning and analytical problem-solving for data and integration issues.

SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform):

* Designed and implemented extensions, integrations, and analytics using CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), SAP UI5, and Fiori.
* Experience in deploying CAPM applications (Node.js)* to SAP Cloud Foundry, managing dependencies and configurations.
* Integrated SAP BTP services such as User Provisioning, Identity Authentication, Business Application Studio, and Workflow Management.
* Developed scalable cloud-based interfaces and applications, ensuring security, flexibility, and ease of deployment.

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

* Designed and built advanced analytic and planning applications using SAP Analytics Cloud.
* Experience with dashboard creation using both import and live data models.
* Implemented predictive analytics, R-Visualizations, and integrated non-SAP solutions.
* Developed complex reports with multiple tabs, queries, charts, and drill-down capabilities.
* Worked on SAP BO Universe, BEx Queries, Structures, Exits, and Broadcasting.
* Strong understanding of data integration, modeling, and connectivity within SAC.
* Applied UX best practices and scripting (JavaScript) to customize applications.
* Provided technical leadership, implemented agile and scrum methodologies, and mentored junior team members.

Candidate Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* 5 to 12 years of experience in SAP technologies, including at least:

  * 3+ years in SAP BW/HANA
  * 1–2 years in SAP BTP and/or SAC
* Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
