We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant to support a 1-year project focused on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting SAP solutions across multiple functional areas, working onsite or in a hybrid capacity (depending on location).

Position: Contract (1 year)

• Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions for Order to Cash (OTC), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procure to Pay (P2P), Finance (FIN), and Manufacturing (MFG) modules.
• Lead functional analysis and design sessions, translating business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between business processes and SAP configurations.
• Provide expertise in SAP S/4HANA functionality and best practices across multiple functional modules.
• Configure and maintain SAP solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP process issues, working closely with internal teams.
• Provide end-user training and support for SAP system adoption.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications and design documentation.

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud) in at least one module: OTC, SCM, P2P, FIN, or MFG.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP business processes and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid or onsite environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for handling complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• SAP S/4HANA certification (preferred).
• Experience with Public Cloud implementations and deployments.
• Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and deliver SAP solutions effectively.

• Work on a high-impact SAP implementation project.
• Hybrid work flexibility (2 days onsite per week).
• Collaboration with top-tier industry professionals.

• Must have strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Ability to lead functional discussions and translate business needs into SAP configurations.
• Comfortable working onsite at least 2 days per week in St. Louis, Salt Lake City, or New York.
