Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant to design, implement, and support customer relationship management solutions that drive sales, marketing, and service excellence within the SAP ecosystem. Responsibilities Configure and support SAP CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Service). Analyze business processes and translate them into SAP CRM solutions. Integrate CRM with ECC or S/4HANA (SD, MM, FI) modules. Develop and maintain workflows, partner functions, and pricing procedures. Support middleware integration between SAP CRM and other systems. Conduct system testing, end-user training, and provide post-implementation support. Requirements 3–6 years of experience in SAP CRM implementation or support. Strong understanding of CRM sales cycles, service processes, and campaign management. Experience with SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) or SAP CX suite preferred.
