Job Description:
We are looking for Dayforce Ceridian Consultant with strong experience in Ceridian Dayforce, along with a background in consulting and a deep understanding of workforce management. The ideal candidates will have a passion for solving complex problems and a commitment to delivering top-notch solutions.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 implementation projects in Ceridian Dayforce.
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, showing a high level of maturity.
- Need a developer to build integration between Dayforce and Quick book
- Experience in Dayforce workforce management is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with integrations and technical aspects of Dayforce is a significant advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the partner, to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Implement and configure Ceridian Dayforce solutions to meet client requirements.
- Provide expertise in Dayforce workforce management, including scheduling, time and attendance, and payroll.
- Assist in integrations and technical aspects of the Dayforce platform.
- Offer support and training to end-users.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and the internal team.
