Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Training Content and Templates Specialist to review, refresh, and enhance our training materials for improved clarity, engagement, and learner effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training content development and design, coupled with proven expertise in SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), FSM (Field Service Management), and SAM (Service Asset Management).

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), FSM (Field Service Management), and SAM (Service Asset Management).
• Expertise in developing and enhancing training content and templates.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality, learner-centric materials.
• Proficiency in design tools and platforms for content development (e.g., PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, LMS platforms).
