Roles/Responsibilities:
Lead the integration of SAP Emarsys Cloud solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. - Oversee user management within the SAP Emarsys Cloud environment, ensuring proper access controls and user roles are maintained. - Provide expertise in segmenting customer data within SAP Emarsys Cloud to enable targeted marketing and personalized customer experiences. - Manage the integration of various data sources into SAP Emarsys Cloud to ensure comprehensive and accurate customer profiles. - Develop and implement automated workflows and interactions within SAP Emarsys Cloud to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations. - Utilize SAP Emarsys Cloud APIs and extensions to customize and extend the platforms capabilities according to business needs. - Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP Emarsys Cloud integrations to ensure high availability and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP Emarsys Cloud solutions with business objectives and marketing strategies. - Provide training and support to internal teams on the effective use of SAP Emarsys Cloud features and functionalities. - Conduct regular audits and assessments of SAP Emarsys Cloud configurations to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP Emarsys Cloud technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP Emarsys Cloud integrations and user management promptly. - Document all processes, configurations, and integrations related to SAP Emarsys Cloud for future reference and knowledge sharing. -Qualifications - Possess extensive experience in SAP Emarsys integrations and cloud management. - Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP Emarsys Cloud user management and segmentation. - Have a proven track record of managing SAP Emarsys Cloud integrations with various data sources.
